Hilton Warsaw Location
The Hilton Warsaw is located a few minutes’ ride from the old city center. Not far from the Uprising museum.
Check in and out
As this is one of my favorite Hiltons worldwide, and have been there many times, they already know me and treat me specially regardless of my HHonors status.
The check in process is very short. Not much have changed since my last visit, apart from the Casino which is temporary between licenses…
normally I request and receive room type 10 that has a unique setup and by the way the only room type with a stereo system that enables listening to my own music on a USB. This time I am upgraded to an Executive Panoramic suit. A real treat.
The Executive Panoramic suit at Hilton Warsaw is impressive.
It is about 60 SQM, basically, two rooms together. One for work, arranged as a living room and one bedroom with a huge shower and bath.
Since this is a corner room, it has 90 degrees of glass walls from top to bottom. The city’s panoramic view is astonishing.
Among the perks this suit includes, it has a HDTV and a Nespresso coffee machine, my favorite.
The bathroom is huge and including whirlpool bath and double headed pressure shower. A king size bed and an Executive lounge access.
Executive lounge at Hilton Warsaw
The Executive lounge at Hilton Warsaw was renewed about more than a year ago. It was shifted from the upper floor to the ground floor, behind the reception.
The new lounge has two floors with enough seats to feel comfortable and have some privacy. It is very nicely designed and have breakfast and dinner served there, in addition to coffee drinks and snacks during the day.
It is a perfect place for dining, working or just watching the big TV.
HHonors friendly factor
At Hilton Warsaw, they take your HHonors seriously. A Gold card and up will enable an upgrade and give you an access to the Executive lounge. They do not restrict availability at the Executive floor for giving you an access to the Lounge. I find this a pragmatic way and I can’t understand why some other hotels are so strict about it.
Now that WiFi is free for all guests, as a higher HHonors status, one can expect water bottles in the room and some small welcome gift, mostly in the shape of food or wine accompanied by a welcome letter.
Early check in and late check out are also possible and mostly are very welcome by me.
Hilton Warsaw welcome factor
When you visit a property for so long, that factor becomes less relevant. The reason is that by now I am familiar with most staff of the front desk and concierge/ bell boys team. They are all exceptionally nice to me, so in my case, that hotel welcome factor is very positive.
